Our vision
PhysioToday's vision is that new internet technologies offer a unique opportunity for our profession to advance and improve knowledge and practice. Other health professions already succesfully use collaborative online platforms. Our mission is to provide an easy and user-friendly community of practice and collaborative knowledge-base to all physiotherapists. As such, we are the first to develop such a tool for Physiotherapy using Today's communication technology. PhysioToday aims to connect all professionals in physiotherapy with each other to allow cross fertilisation between disciplines, countries, level of expertise and seniority. PhysioToday is designed to bring working physios out of isolation and share best practice. With PhysioToday, every physio can peer-review other people's work. Our vision is that through PhysioToday the best ideas in our profession will emerge and ultimately benefit us all.
Our philosophy

PhysioToday's philosophy is that every physiotherapist has expertise to contribute to our profession. Hence we have set-up our CARE, LEARN, TALK community of practice platform that allow physios around the world to exchange expertise and experiences. As a community we have a phenomenally rich and vast knowledge. PhysioToday is designed to facilitate the sharing and dissemination of this invaluable resource. As this is your knowledge, we have given you the control. You control the content of this knowledge-base and its quality. We believe that every physio should have a voice - not just "experts" and "gurus". With PhysioToday you can express your opinion and make your expertise talk in a democratic and transparent way, whether you are an academic or a working physio.
